Drape provides AI-powered product photography services including:

• On-model clothing mockup generation
• Virtual jewelry try-on images
• Studio mode product photography
• Fashion sketch to mockup conversion
• Video reel generation
• Shopify integration

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Drape offers various subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Free tier with limited generations
• Paid plans billed monthly through Razorpay
• Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Intellectual Property

Content ownership:

• Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload to Drape
• Generated Images: Images generated on paid plans are yours to use commercially
• Our Service: Drape retains all rights to our AI models, algorithms, and platform

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Upload images containing minors

7. Limitation of Liability

Drape is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
