• Images and account data are stored on secure Supabase cloud servers
• Payment information is handled securely by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers

• AI Service Providers: Your uploaded images are processed by Google (Gemini) and OpenAI to generate mockups
• Payment Processors: Razorpay processes your payment information
• Analytics Providers: We use PostHog for anonymized usage analytics
• Cloud Infrastructure: Supabase for data storage and authentication

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in our systems
• Delete individual images from your gallery at any time
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your generated images

7. Data Retention

We retain your uploaded and generated images in your gallery until you delete them or request account deletion. Account information is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Drape is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
